  • Placed candidates: Up to 7 years after placement, to comply with legal and contractual obligations

For clients and employers, we typically retain your information for the duration of our business relationship and for a period of 7 years thereafter, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Our retention practices comply with Alberta's PIPA and Canada's PIPEDA, which require that personal information be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
